Relationship Counselling/Coaching Session
In long-term or even new relationships, it is easy to assume you know all there is to know about your partner, but people change and evolve. Be aware of what is happening in your relationship and understand who your partner is and where they are at. Stay curious about (but respectful of) each other. If there are issues in your relationship that are difficult or painful to talk to each other about or you don’t know how to bring them up with your partner, consider some relationship counselling. I can help you and your partner work through problems that may be emotional sexual or independent of each other.

Access Bars Practitioner
Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond to certain situations. With an access Bars session, you will be able to reset and feel a sense of lightness while leaving feeling as though you have had a relaxing massage or a deep meditation, without having to complete traditional talk therapy.
As a client centred counsellor my focus of care is aligned with your needs and expressed goals. We will work together to identify barriers that may be holding you back and create a path for a happy healthy life.
